Geringes Risiko: Additive milde Effekte
Nikotin (nACh-Rezeptor-Agonist) und THC (CB1-Agonist) wirken über pharmakologisch unabhängige Rezeptorsysteme. Beide erhöhen die Herzfrequenz: Nikotin über direkte sympathische Aktivierung und Katecholaminfreisetzung, THC über Reduktion des parasympathischen Tonus. Langfristig ist der kombinierte Konsum über Tabak/Cannabis-Mischkonsum (Joint) die epidemiologisch relevanteste Exposition. Kurzfristige Wechselwirkungen sind mild — die Hauptrisiken sind chronisch (Lunge, Kreislauf), nicht akut.
