Methylone (bk-MDMA) ist ein Beta-Keto-Analogon von MDMA mit Serotoninfreisetzung und Dopamin-Wiederaufnahmehemmung. Das serotoninerge Profil ist schwächer als bei MDMA, aber qualitativ vergleichbar.
